Avocado Brownies are fudgy, gooey and packed full of chocolate. These brownies are flourless and naturally grain, gluten, dairy and nut free.
I’m going to food blogger hell for this, but I don’t like avocado’s. HOWEVER, make them taste like chocolate and I’m all in! These tasty treats are packed full of healthy fats and they are so full of chocolate, that one is enough (and I say that because when it comes to chocolate, one is never enough for me, until now). My kid’s LOVE them too and will clean all the vegetables off their plates (yes, I believe in bribery) with the promise of one of these brownies (just don’t tell them what they’re made out of).
N-O. No. Absolutely not. I wouldn’t be sharing them if they did, I promise. They take on a rich, fudgy chocolate flavor and they are absolutely delicious!

In a medium mixing bowl, mash avocado.
Once mashed, mix in honey and then egg.
Slowly mix in cocoa powder and baking soda.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Line muffin tins with silicone liners (12).
Fill muffins 3/4 of the way full with brownie batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from liners.
Brownie bites are best stored in the freezer.
