Drop Biscuit Recipe is a quick & easy way to have fresh & healthy bread on the table in very little time.
This recipe is my go to for so many meals! It’s perfect alongside a hot bowl of Chicken Pot Pie Soup or as a side with Slow Cooker Bolognese, but these Drop Biscuits also work great for breakfast with bacon & eggs or use your leftover Crockpot BBQ Chicken to make a sandwich for lunch! The options are endless, making these the perfect versatile biscuit to have on hand at all times!
With only 6 ingredients, this recipe comes together very quickly and is grain and gluten free!
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, salt & baking powder.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and eggs.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and blend well with a fork.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop biscuits by rounded spoonful onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
