Honey Siracha Crockpot Wings come out perfectly tender and full of flavor. These easy crockpot wings eliminate the mess of deep frying and make the perfect game day snack!
My favorite recipes are ones that you can just toss in the crockpot and forget about until you’re ready to eat. These Honey Siracha Crockpot Wings fit the bill. They cook in the crockpot for a few hours and then the sauce is thickened and they are finished off under the broiler to get nice and crispy!
Place frozen chicken wings in crockpot.
Whisk together siracha, honey & lime. Pour sauce over wings.
Cover and cook on high, 2-3 hours, or low, 4-6 hours.
When chicken is cooked through, transfer wings from crockpot to a foil lined baking dish, in a single layer.
Pour sauce from crockpot to stovetop pan.
Mix together 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to form a paste.
Pour cornstarch mixture into sauce and boil, whisking continuously, to thicken sauce (about 5 minutes).
When sauce is thickened to desired consistency, pour over chicken wings and broil in oven till golden brown and crispy (about 5-10 minutes).
