My favorite recipes are ones that you can just toss in the crockpot and forget about until you’re ready to eat. These Honey Siracha Crockpot Wings fit the bill. They cook in the crockpot for a few hours and then the sauce is thickened and they are finished off under the broiler to get nice and crispy!

How To Make Crockpot Chicken Wings

  • Start by placing about 25 frozen chicken wings in the crockpot.
  • Whisk together siracha, honey & the juice from 1 lime.

  • Pour sauce over wings, cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.

How To Make Crockpot Wings Crispy

  • When wings are cooked through, you’re ready for the crisping step.
  • First, transfer wings from crockpot into a lined baking dish, making sure wings are in a single layer.
  • Pour the remaining sauce from the crockpot into a stovetop pan.
  • Make a paste with equal parts cornstarch and water and pour in mixture.
  • Boil and whisk until sauce is to desired thickness (about 5 minutes).
