Pizza Rolls are made with homemade grain & gluten free dough & stuffed with sausage, pepperoni & mozzarella. Dipped in marinara, they’re perfect to feed a crowd!
In my family, we enjoy some version of pizza weekly. These Pizza Rolls are a perfect, delicious and easy way to enjoy homemade pizza! They come together very quickly and are a perfect appetizer, or serve them with a big, green salad and you have yourself a meal! Kid friendly and husband approved, you can’t get much better than that.
The base of these pizza rolls are made from my Drop Biscuits dough and then stuffed with sausage, pepperoni and cheese. The dough is made with almond flour and tapioca flour, so it’s naturally grain and gluten free.
Pizza rolls are more fun (and delicious) when dipped in your favorite pizza sauce. We recommend marinara, ranch or garlic sauce.
If you like these pizza rolls (you will!), I highly recommend making my Loaded Breakfast Biscuits too, your family will thank you!
