Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli is an easy & healthy spin on take out. This low carb Chinese dish is melt in your mouth delicious, packed with flavor and veggies!
While I was away on a girl’s trip a few weeks ago, my husband ordered Chinese take out and my oldest son fell head over heels in love with Beef & Broccoli. He wouldn’t stop talking about it, so I knew I needed to make an at home version that could go into frequent dinner rotation (and that I could feel good about serving). Like anything, take out is fine in moderation, but I always question Chinese take out. It just gets thrown together so fast and never keeps anyone full for long which leads me to wonder….what ARE we eating?! Anyway, homemade is always better than take out and this recipe will leave you full and satisfied! Make it and let me know what you think!

After 5 hours, remove beef from crockpot, leaving juice behind.
