Easy Gluten Free Apple Crisp is a simple, homemade dessert using canned pie filling! The topping tastes like a traditional crisp, but without oats, it's gluten and grain free!

Ingredients

  • 2 21 oz cans apple pie filling
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 8x8 inch baking dish. 

    Pour both cans of apple pie filling in prepared dish and spread evenly. 

    Melt butter in a glass dish, then add all dry ingredients and combine with a fork, till crumbly. 

    Sprinkle topping evenly over apple pie filling. 

    Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes, till bubbly and golden brown.
