In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, tapioca flour, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and eggs.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well, using a fork.
Fold in shredded cheese.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate dough into 6 balls and place on paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, till buns are golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Slice and serve hot with your favorite fillings.
