Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie - Gluten Free

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie is a simple one pot meal that the whole family will enjoy. It's hearty, healthy & packed with veggies!

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 36 oz frozen vegetables
  • 16 oz homemade cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. 

    If using frozen chicken breasts in place of rotisserie chicken, place chicken (3-4 breasts) at bottom of the cooker. 

    Cover, set to low and cook for 6-8 hours. 

    Mix well (if using chicken breasts, shred before serving) and serve hot.

    Serve as is or with a sprinkle of cheese and your favorite biscuits.
