Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, salt & baking powder. 

    In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and eggs. 

    Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and blend well with a fork. 

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Drop biscuits by rounded spoonful onto baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
