Bring water, ginger root, cinnamon and cloves to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Drain berries, saving syrup. Discard berries and let syrup cool.
Add honey and mix well.
Store syrup in a glass container in the fridge.
Mix well before serving each day.
Serve 1 tsp/day to kids and 1 tbsp/day to adults for preventative health.
Increase dosage to 3-4 serving/day when sick.
