Easy Crockpot BBQ Chicken makes the best, most tender, pulled chicken ever!
This recipe is SO easy that it’s kind of a joke, but make it anyway and thank me later. This bbq chicken is on rotation at our house weekly. It’s easy to make and can be served in a million different ways, making it a family favorite.
Ok, this is really difficult, are you ready?
This shredded chicken can be served traditionally in a sandwich, wrap or salad. If you’re gluten and/or grain free (or even if you’re not) I can’t recommend this mix enough! It makes the most delicious sandwich rolls. (they can be made dairy free too)
My favorite way to eat this shredded chicken is over roasted sweet potatoes! Try it, it’s delicious and very filling!
Add chicken breasts, chicken broth and garlic to crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken from crockpot, shred and mix in BBQ sauce.
